The JWH Group Ball Returns!

A way to thank you for your hard work, commitment, loyalty and support. This is a chance to let your hair down and have a bit of fun with fellow colleagues. The JWH Ball is our social calendar highlight for 2025 with food, drinks, entertainment and a chance to really shake, rattle and roll!

Yes, partners are invited to the event. Partner tickets are $180. The ticket cost covers their attendance with food and beverages for the evening, plus access to the dancefloor to show us their moves.

This is a sit-down event with a full meal provided. Please provide any allergies or dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten and/or lactose free).

Beer, wine and champagne will be available for the duration of the event. Please note that strictly no glassware or beverages are permitted on the dancefloor—so make sure your hands are empty before shaking, rattling or rolling!

Credit card details will be required when making reservations. Please note that as pre-payment is not required, credit cards will not be charged at this time; instead, you will be required to present your credit card or make the payment upon check-in. A charge equal to the full length of the stay will be charged to the applicable credit card for any rooms cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date or any non-arrival of booked rooms.

Yes, registered attendees will be listed and names marked off upon entry. For security reasons, you will be issued with a personalised wristband on the night. Make sure you keep your wristband on you while shaking it on the dancefloor!

Yes, there will be security at the door and anyone without a personalised wristband will be asked to leave.

The event finishes at 11:30pm.

The dress code is formal, or you may choose to dress to the theme, if you wish! Think 1950s fun and rockabilly fashion. Whatever you choose, make sure your outfit lets you really shake, rattle and roll.
